Words of Encouragement

Katrina Wampler has set up Kaylen's Write to Heal. Kaylen died of SIDS at the age of just 4 months on January 23, 2009. I don't know about you, but this has been one of my biggest fears. There's not a day or night that goes by where this isn't niggling the back of my mind.

One of the reasons I established this network and my Girlfriend Network blog is so that we can encourage one another.

My heart broke when I heard this story, so I wanted to let you all know about it and help pass this message along.

Anybody else?

Has anybody else experienced febrile seizures with their children? Just wondered. Someone told me that it is quite common with babies, but I had never considered that. We spent yesterday afternoon in emerg at our local hospital because of febrile seizure with our 9-month-old.
